Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Account tab → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, saved lists, and follows. The action cannot be undone.

Saved lists aren’t syncing across my devices

Lists are stored locally first and sync in the background after sign-in. Make sure you’re signed into the same account on both devices and have a working internet connection on both. If you’re signed in but the list still isn’t appearing, force-quit and reopen the app to trigger a fresh sync.

Push notifications aren’t arriving

Confirm notifications are enabled in iOS/Android Settings → ConLoot.
Confirm the specific notification category (Vendor activity, Updates & New Releases, etc.) is on in the in-app Account → Notifications section.

A booth or item is wrong

Email [email protected] with the convention, vendor name, and what’s incorrect. We update the data as soon as we can verify it.

How are eBay prices calculated?

We pull sold-listings data via the eBay API and compute a rolling median. The “confidence” chip on each price reflects how many comparable sales we found in the last 30 days. Low confidence means few or noisy data points — treat those prices as estimates.

I got a message from someone at ConLoot — is it legit?

Almost certainly yes. We reach out to vendors exhibiting at shows we’re building coverage for. conloot.app/hello lists the only handles and addresses we ever contact people from, and what we will never ask you for (payment, passwords, bank details). If a message doesn’t match that page, forward it to [email protected] and we’ll confirm.

Is ConLoot free? Will it stay free?

The app is free, and listing as a vendor is free. ConLoot earns a small commission when someone buys through an outbound eBay price-comp link — that’s the whole business model, there are no ads, and it costs you nothing. If a paid tier ever exists it will be optional extras announced in advance, and what’s free today stays free. The full explanation is on the About page.

Tap a booth → About tab → Claim this booth. Fill in your vendor name and contact email. We’ll verify and grant access within one business day.
