Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Account tab → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, saved lists, and follows. The action cannot be undone.
Saved lists aren’t syncing across my devices
Lists are stored locally first and sync in the background after sign-in. Make sure you’re signed into the same account on both devices and have a working internet connection on both. If you’re signed in but the list still isn’t appearing, force-quit and reopen the app to trigger a fresh sync.
Push notifications aren’t arriving
- Confirm notifications are enabled in iOS/Android Settings → ConLoot.
- Confirm the specific notification category (Vendor activity, Updates & New Releases, etc.) is on in the in-app Account → Notifications section.
A booth or item is wrong
Email [email protected] with the convention, vendor name, and what’s incorrect. We update the data as soon as we can verify it.
How are eBay prices calculated?
We pull sold-listings data via the eBay API and compute a rolling median. The “confidence” chip on each price reflects how many comparable sales we found in the last 30 days. Low confidence means few or noisy data points — treat those prices as estimates.
I want to claim my vendor booth
Tap a booth → About tab → Claim this booth. Fill in your vendor name and contact email. We’ll verify and grant access within one business day.
