Delete your ConLoot™ account and data

You can delete your ConLoot account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

  1. Open the ConLoot app.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm.

This permanently removes your profile, saved lists, list items, vendor follows, and push notification tokens. The action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and complete the deletion on your behalf.

What gets deleted, and when

When you delete your account, we delete the following from our active databases within 30 days:

  • Your account record (email, name, hashed password)
  • Your saved lists and list items
  • Your vendor follows and event subscriptions
  • Your push notification tokens and notification preferences

Backups that contain your data are retained on a rolling 35-day cycle and are overwritten thereafter. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke your Apple authorization token as part of deletion.
